小田原の小さなブルワリーですが、「自分のビールブランドを育てたい」「将来的に独立したい」と考える方にとって、実践と挑戦ができる場所です。1BBL設備を使い、自ら仕込みに関わりながら、商品設計や運営ノウハウまで経験できます。ブランド構築に向けて、自分のスタイルを発信したい方に最適です。設備や税務の裏方作業も含めて、リアルな現場で自ら動く醸造家を応援する、“実地型インキュベーションスペース”として機能しています。
Located in the town of Odawara, our small-scale brewery offers a practical and challenging environment for those who are serious about building their own beer brand or eventually going independent.
Using our 1BBL system, you'll be directly involved in brewing, while also gaining hands-on experience in product development and day-to-day operations.
This is the ideal setting for brewers who want to express their own style and vision as they grow their brand.
Beyond brewing, you'll have opportunities to engage with the behind-the-scenes work — from equipment management to tax procedures — making this brewery a truly hands-on, real-world incubation space for future founders.

※Scroll Down For English. ①既に「自分のビールブランドを持ちたい」「独立して拠点を持ちたい」という明確な目標がある方 ②委託や収束型ではなく、“自分が主役”として仕込みと商品設計に責任を持ちたい方 ③既存レシピに頼らず、自らの味や表現でファンを獲得していく意志がある方 ④過去に2-3年以上の醸造経験があり、（出来れば）推薦状を提出できる方 ⑤将来的には醸造所運営も見据え、免許・税務・設備にも理解を広げていきたい方 ①Someone with a clear goal of launching their own beer brand and eventually establishing their own brewery. ②Not looking to be a contracted brewer or employee — someone who wants to take full ownership of the brewing process and product design. ③A brewer who aims to build a fan base through their own original recipes and creative expression, not by relying on existing formulas. ④Has at least 2–3 years of professional brewing experience. A letter of recommendation from a previous employer is preferred but not required. ⑤Willing to expand their knowledge beyond brewing, including licensing, tax procedures, and equipment operations — with the future of running their own brewery in mind. |

Here, you won’t just be a brewer — you’ll also have the chance to learn about tax procedures, equipment management, and operational workflows. It’s a small operation, but that means your skills, ideas, and impact will be directly reflected in everything we do. |
